Through daily touch points, connections, and accountability partners you’ll have a new sense of energy and inner strength that will serve you in a big way.

This program includes:
Three meetings a week to stay on track facilitated by Sandra Elia, Food Addiction Counselor (Mondays and Wednesdays from 7-8pm Eastern, and Fridays from 12-1pm Eastern)
All meetings will be recorded, should you need to miss one
Learn about meal prepping and cooking
Four 30-minute one-on-one sessions with Sandra Elia
You will be assigned an accountability team of 1-2 other members
Daily meetings with your accountability team to assist with high-risk times in the evenings
