Through her work, Sandra has guided many individuals toward achieving peace with food and enhancing their overall well-being.

This is what you’ll learn:

Use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to:

  • End the mind chatter around food.

  • Change your relationship with food.

  • Learn how to manage cravings and mindless eating.

  • Understand the science of overeating and weight struggle.

  • Improve the relationship you have with yourself.

  • Use psychological skills to overcome the most common thinking traps that lead to compulsive eating.

  • Create a sustainable lifestyle that rewards you with a healthy body size.

Imagine this… aA program to conquer overeating eating that does not:

✗ Blame and shame.

✗ Talk about food.

✗ Ask you to step on a scale. (Unless it is truly helpful).

Because no amount of self-loathing will motivate anyone to lose weight -- or do anything for that matter.

We focus on changing your relationship with yourself - so that you can change your relationship with food.

We address the underlying components of overeating and approach it through cognitive restructuring… we’ll get to the root of your thinking around food.

And from a gentle, kind, and nurturing place, you’ll start to see a new self-perspective emerge - one that allows you to move forward with joy, strength, and confidence.

Dr. Sandy and I have been helping real people end their struggle with emotional eating for a decade. Join us…

WHAT CLIENTS ARE SAYING

“I am sending this as a thank you for everything that you have done for me (and with me), everything you’ve put into this program, and for going above and beyond. My life is getting better day by day and this feeling, for the first time in my life, is not related to my weight, my size, or a diet I am following. I have spent so many years missing, hiding, isolating, and being afraid to see people or participate “until I lose weight”. In the past 2 weeks, I have accepted invitations for 2 weekends away at cottages, one BBQ, and one wedding and I booked a trip out west to Banff to visit friends. I can’t thank you enough. I’d say you’ve given me my life back but it sort of feels like I’ve been given a new life altogether.”
Jerry

“Since taking your course almost two years ago, I am still pain-free and so much happier for taking your program. By following your program, I am free of cravings, and my energy is constant and reliable throughout the day. I also sleep better. ”
– Andrea

“When I started your program 1 was 215 lbs. I am now 154, just 4 lbs away from being within a healthy BMI range, and this is so exciting for me. The key benefit for me at 62 years is that Ia am active,. I have an enthusiasm for life! This program has made me mentally and emotionally healthier!”
