Food Recovery Program is safe haven for Food Addicts and Compulsive Overeaters looking for a solution beyond the traditional dieting model. This program is for anyone who has struggled with their weight, who has searched for years for a miracle cure, and spent thousands of dollars looking for a solution.  This is for anyone who is uncomfortable in their own body, and will not waste any more years, months, days to this struggle! People searching for a program with lifelong sustainability and recovery that rewards you with a health body size.

I have lived two lives, one as a morbidly obese woman. The disgust, hatred, and judgment I held for myself, was exactly what I encountered in the world. I was on a path of self-destruction. Over a decade ago I lost 100 pounds, I am a CTI certified Life Coach, Vice Chair for the Canadian Obesity Network (Toronto Chapter), and a Radio Show Host. I transformed from being morbidly obese to running a half marathon. I went from food addiction to eating to be sane. I bring my personal expertise to these workshops. “You can only show the way, when you have walked the path.”

This program will set you on a path to freedom and give you Food Serenity.  I define Food Serenity as returning to a place where food is consumed for nourishment, energy and honoring my body.   No longer using food to achieve a feeling, (numbing out, love, stress relief) but rather using food for its rightful purpose.  Rewarding you with a healthy body and at healthy weight.

Every human malady, including Food Addiction should to be treated on the levels of Body, Mind and Spirit. Bring all three into harmony, and the body returns to its perfect weight.

Body – Coming to understand that refined sugar and white flour are poison for our bodies. It is my firm belief that these substances should be avoided, whether you are a Food Addiction or Not.

Mind – Coming to understand; cravings, obsessions, wanting/needing more food, live only in your mind. Learning the role neural pathways play in Food Addiction, and begin to form new pathways to healing.

Spirit – Coming to understand who you really are at your core. There is nothing wrong with you. You are not weak. You are not lazy. You are not a mistake. You have been battling a fight that is not yours to fight, surrender to the power lies inside you for freedom.

Workshop Outcomes

You will have begun the journey to achieving peace with food, peace with your body and ultimately peace with those around you.

Understand a simple and proven approach to losing weight.

Begin the process of weakening the neural pathways that drive you to eat.
